As per Scheme:
Pakistan Studies is part of SSC-II (Class 10)
It is taught and examined only in Class 10 (SSC-II).
It carries 100 marks.
The syllabus includes content covering both Class 9 and Class 10.
This means students do not study Pakistan Studies as a separate subject in Class 9; instead, it is taught and examined entirely in Class 10.
According to the latest FBISE Inclusive Scheme of Studies (2024):
1. Islamiat (Compulsory)
Taught in: Class 9 only
Total Marks: 100 marks
Details: Entire syllabus of Islamiat (compulsory) is taught and assessed in Class 9. It is not taught in Class 10 anymore.
Tarjuma-tul-Quran
Taught in: Both Class 9 and Class 10
Total Marks: 50 marks each year
Class 9: Tarjuma-tul-Quran (Part 1) – 50 marks
Class 10: Tarjuma-tul-Quran (Part 2) – 50 marks
